The Super Sail Tour of Prosail Sail Events has been held for 19 years for attractive and international sailing with top sailors, cool partys and lots of fun for all participants and spectators onshore and offshore. Grömitz has long been awaited by the sailors as seasons opening of our Super Sail Tour. From 13th to 16th May Grömitz is once again focusing on a top-class sailing event. The organizers of the Prosail Sail events expect about 80 boats which will put their sails and fight out some exciting races. Many international World and European champions have announced their participation. Grömitz offers catamaran-cracks, organizers and sponsors with its ideal infrastructure, numerous expert visitors and the sandy wide beach the best conditions for an extraordinary Pentecost weekend. This fact has spread worldwide.
The Super Sail Tour is also an event series, in which not only sailors and their families could have a great time, also the spectators can experience the fascination of sailing. Various maneuvers will be demonstrated by sailing teachers on the pier forecourt on a sailing simulator showing the spectators what it’s like to sail on a catamaran. Also a taster course is possible in good weather conditions in cooperation with a sailing school.
