October 22-24, 16 Hobie 16 boats raced in Luo River in front of ShangYang Palace. Legendarily, this is the first sailing event in Luoyang City since ever. What a strong impact between history and a new lifestyle! The event has attracted tens of thousands of curious and enthusiastic spectators.
