Below are the rates for the 2018 Fiji Challenge & Oceania Championship. The schedule for the 5-day expedition Challenge and the short course/round the buoy Championship racing will be determined by the dates we sail to the next venue/resort and the weather/wind conditions on the day … and both events might be raced on some days, depending on the circumstances.

Resorts – Food and Accommodation:
11 Nights at off-shore resorts should be planned for in terms of food and accommodation. This does not include accommodation on the mainland/Nadi before the regatta (in case you arrive before the departure from Denarau, Nadi on 15th August), nor for the last day of racing and Prizegiving Night, which will be in the Nadi vicinity.
We will be staying in 2-3 resorts, the first one will probably be Mana Island Resort and Spa, again. The food & accommodation rates for the 2017 venues – Mana, Manta & Beachcomber so that everyone would be able to get an idea their own food & accommodation needs and their rates … Most smaller resorts like Manta Ray & Beachcomber have a set meal plan, which is compulsory to join. The meal plan at Mana was optional as the huge buffet breakfast was included in their room rate and they have about 3 restaurants one can find food at. Also, We found that specific lunch at Mana was often not needed as we were usually sailing at the time and/or it was possible to make sandwiches at breakfast to take away with fruit …
The Mana Island Resort & Spa also has a neighbouring backpacker resort which offers cheaper accommodation and food – Ratu Kini’s. Additional Guests/Friends/Family/Non-sailors are very welcome to join us on the regatta! Transfers between places on Fish’s Aristocat “Mother Support Boat” are free of cost. Only their food and accommodation is required to be self-arranged … and the Fiji Hobie Heaven Way of Life to be enjoyed!
