Day 1 After two days of registration and welcome party the 2015 Hobie® Australian Hobie Championships the racing got underway. The strong southerly breeze that battered the recent Sydney to Hobart fleet had dropped to perfect 8-12 knots.
The 2016 Hobie 17 North American Championships will be hosted at Carlyle Sailing Association 20960 Hazlet Park Rd, Carlyle, Illinois 62231 and Hobie Fleet 123 from the 21st August to 26th August. For the Hobie 18 it will also be the also US Sailing Multihull Championships for the Hobie Alter Trophy
